"Fake News"

The media in this day and age can be tricky to navigate between what is real and what is fake. Alot of of "news" outlets these days are measured by how many clicks they get so to do that you might often get very misleading headlines. One way to get around this is to stick with reputable news sites and also it doesn't hurt to have a fact checker site available in your favorite websites. There are a lot of websites out there whose only purpose is to find out if something that is making the rounds in the news is fact or fiction. Don't believe everything you hear (or read).
